Hey, I'm pretty fluent in HTML. Not so much in the embedding audio areas, or frames, but I'm not too bad. I also know a little JavaScript. Of course, I also have Dreamweaver 3...

So you haven't learnt this very important fact yet:
You don't need to know how to do something, as long as A) You know what you'd need to know to do that, and B) You're able to find what you'd need to know.
Once you get into more advanced programming (but this is not the only field where the above applies) you don't actually learn how to do most things, you just look them up in a reference. The key is knowing what you need to look up, and how to put it together.
So if you don't know about embedding audio, just look it up! You will have to check browser compatibility and the like.
