Um, I'm going to have to give you a "no" on that there, a... It's against our rules (read the block of text underneath the Google AdSense thing at the top of the page) to do a program for someone. You'll also find that 99% of programmers won't give away free code unless they're open source affiliated. This is because this is our livlihood, and I know of no one who will give away money when they've a family to support or something like that.
Now, we will be more than glad to help you if you had some pre-existing work, and just needed some help or ideas. Also, I'm sure that if you offered a couple of dollars (half paid beforehand, half afterwards. Don't worry, we're honest folk, but a touch paranoid), someone here would do it for you (although likely not me, since I'm not great at graphics). But, if you're going to go that route, you might as well slap down 50-100 usd on Rent-A-Coder.com and get a professional application written so that it's fully optimized and bug-free (as well as portable to other platforms if you'd be willing to pay extra).
So, what is it then? Do you have a project or not? If not, where's my money!

Or, to be more succint:
Provide more details of the problem, show us your attempt so far, and try to tell us what in particular you find confusing. No free lunch.

I liked my version better, because then everyone could feel my rage at this sort of thing.
We need some sort of flashing banner to display the message (obviously in shorter form. Something like "No Free Programs") at the top of the board.
