That's what Google is for.
However, text adventures can be written in many ways (there are programming languages specially for creating text adventures, such as TADS) and some methods are better than others, especially in certain cirumstances.
To be honest; writing a good text adventure engine in QB isn't easy. It'd probably take too long for a tutorial to help you with. But it'd be lots of fun.
If you're fairly competent with QB, and are determined enough, then we could give you a hand...

Ah, well, if it's QB you want, then good tutorials will probably be very hard to find. I'm working on a QB tutorial (slow progress, but inching ever forwards). Might not be right for you, but in case it's any help: aleks.budzynowski.info/wiki/quickbasic/tutorial/introIf you get stuck trying to do something, feel free to post it here.

The problem is that I don't even know how to start something to end up having a problem with it. Maby a text adventure Isn't a good first attempt at QBASIC.

You could probably make a simple text adventure just using PRINT, INPUT, IF-THENs and perhaps GOTOs (GOTOs are a generally bad habit but in this case they're a viable option)
Making a real text-adventure engine in QB is entirely different, and much more difficult. Even when you know how.
The first option - go for it, if you like. It'll help you pick up a few skills that will let you make bigger things later.
Otherwise, suggestions: -Program that tells you the circumference of a circle given the diameter (diameter * pi = circumference, where pi is about 3.14159) -Program that multiplies two numbers -Program that displays the first 20 square numbers (1, 2, 9, 16, 25...) -Program that asks for a username and password and tells you if they're correct
They're all relatively easy; if you're not sure how to do them then you need to read a couple of tutorials - you may need to use FOR-NEXT, INPUT, PRINT, and IF-THENs for them.
