use qbasic to run wav files

Anybody know how I can run a wav file (or mp3) with qbasic?

I've not tried to this myself, but the pages at qbutil.hypermart.net/inp.html
www.basicguru.com/abc/sound.htm
both have Wav and MP3 Qbasic code
