We already have a thread that tells you where to find QB. If you'd like a quick response, however, check the link at the top of the page called "Click here to see Ildurest's download page.". If you're too lazy, click here . Should be somewhere on the page.

If the lessons of history teach us anything, it is that nobody learns the lessons that history teaches us. BASIC: It's easy, fun, simple, and won't mutilate you. Fedora Linux: Linux for n00bs... er, Earls. Get Fedora fedoraproject.org. Currently at university, studying CS. Not nearly as much fun as "Animal House" makes it out to be. |

Actually, it isn't there, however this site has the best editions of QB that I can find (namely they come with the best sample programs and libraries)
http://www.brisray.com/qbasic/qdload.htm
QB 7.1 and QB 4.5 are very similar however QB 7.1 has more database functions and a few other goodies. The advantages aren't great and QB 4.5 is far more popular; if you want to be sure most people can run your code get that. If you don't care then QB 7.1 is fine. QB 1.1 does not have a compiler (cannot make EXE files) however is, unlike the others, legal.

P.S. Ildûrest==Mikrondel. And I have a lot of my own other nicknames; Artelius, Leufentahn, Thumal...
So, that's lovely then.

It's my old website recently moved to the Plasma's server because of the publicity plagues.

Yes you can, actually. Go to your profile, click Modify Profile, and then select an avatar or provide a URL.
